Records Management and eDiscovery Preparedness for the Mid- to Smaller-Sized Business
Records management and eDiscovery preparedness is not a one-size fits all proposition. Solutions that may work for a Fortune 500 company likely will not be appropriate for a mid- to smaller-sized company which faces its own, unique challenges when addressing these issues. The development and implementation of records management programs and eDiscovery response plans must take into account these company’s more limited budgets and smaller in-house legal and IT/IS departments. This presentation will focus on providing practical, proven advice to help mid- to smaller-sized companies minimize compliance and litigation risks as wel as reduce eDiscovery costs.

Records Management & e-Discovery Preparedness Seminar
Project Leadership Associates and Vedder Price invite you to attend a half day of informational presentations covering Records Management and e-Discovery preparedness.

Records management and eDiscovery preparedness is not a one-size fits all proposition. Solutions that may work for a Fortune 500 company likely will not be appropriate for a mid- to smaller-sized company which faces its own, unique challenges when addressing these issues. The development and implementation of records management programs and eDiscovery response plans must take into account these company's more limited budgets and smaller in-house legal and IT/IS departments. This seminar will focus on providing practical, proven advice to help mid- to smaller-sized companies minimize compliance and litigation risks as well as reduce eDiscovery costs.
