Network Management and Administration Services
We can provide regularly scheduled on-site network management and administration services including supporting the network and users (desktop environment). We will also assist with special projects and carry-out other duties as assigned during these visits. We have found that this program will minimize downtime and increase user productivity, as well as serve as a useful tool for implementing network/desktop upgrades and training employees.
Our High Level Network Management services include:

Work with project manager and technical project lead to develop clear, comprehensive plans for IT projects and drive projects through completion. Frequently and effectively, communicate project status.

Oversee and maintain a high level of support from the IT Helpdesk. Oversee related processes.

Work with VCIO to prepare budget or other reports as required.

Manage relationships with local hardware/software vendors to reduce costs and improve services.

Oversee technical infrastructure projects.

Our Network Administration Services include:
- System maintenance
- Identify potential IT problems and needs
- Manage system upgrades, including software and hardware
- Manage relationship with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Maintain a high level of availability, stability, and performance for all network servers, workstations, and network services
- Build, repair, and configure desktops and servers
- Support various network applications by effectively troubleshooting problems and working with other IT team members

Preventative Maintenance
We provide on-site maintenance to monitor and proactively maintain critical network components at the firm. It allows the firm’s critical systems to receive a regiment of maintenance services, as well as regularly scheduled onsite monitoring to identify issues before they affect a system. In our experience, we have found that this proactive approach to managing a network often prevents failures, as well as serving as a useful tool for planning necessary upgrades that your network may need.
Network Monitoring
We provide round-the-clock (24/7/365) monitoring of critical network components such as servers, applications and network devices (i.e. firewalls and routers) to maximize your network availability. This allows you to focus on your core business inititatives and let us watch over your network.
On-Call (Rapid-Response) Service for Core Network and Telephony Systems
We provide 4-hour guaranteed response time in the event of a core network and/or Telephony component or related software failure between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This will allow your organization to have rapid access to consultants in the event of a failure.
