Architectural Design Session (ADS)
Our Architectural Design Session solution is designed to help customers advance the business value of their desktop infrastructure investment. The session focuses on every aspect of your current desktop infrastructure, and helps develop a roadmap for achieving a well managed and efficient environment. The design typically revolves around planning an efficient and effective deployment of the Operating System and Office suite. We will also cover the Business Desktop Deployment Solution Accelerator (BDDSA), which provides best-practice guidelines. At the end of the session, you will be provided with an Assessment report that outlines our discussions, best practices, and recommendations for next steps that are best applicable to your business scenario.
By working with Project Leadership Associates to complete the design session, you can help increase your team’s awareness and understanding of the current best practices as they apply to your business scenario. We will help you determine, your readiness to migrate from your existing desktop environment. The session will evaluate your current IT infrastructure, applications, security and desktop configuration, and determine where possible productivity gains can be achieved through implementing Windows XP or Vista and Office 2003 or Office 2007.
